​Calendar - Date of when they would like you to call.
  • Dark Green: Todays Meeting
  • Light Green: Tomorrows Meeting
  • Yellow: Meetings after Tomorrow
  • Light Gray: Expired Date
Clock - Time of day they want you to call them.
  • Light Blue: Morning Time
  • Light Red: Afternoon Time
Profile Link - Click on the link to view the Applicants profile. You can save it to your device or print a hard copy.
Information Link - Click on the Information link to see the information you requested and links to view any files uploaded by the applicant.​
​Name - Name of person who applied. 
​Phone - Confidential phone number the applicants wants you to call.
​Email - Confidential email we use to communicate with the applicant.
Notes - This is what the applicants you to know before the interview.
​Labels - DEFINITIONS 
Invitations - Total number of meeting requests sent to applicants.
Scheduled - Total number of meetings scheduled.
Phone - Total number of Invitations with instructions to call the Interviewing person.
Drop In - Total number of Invitations with instructions to Drop In when they can to meet the Interviewing person.
Found Job - Applicant reported they found a Job.
Cancelled - Applicant cancelled meeting, drop in or phone request.​
Profile # - Use number to identify the profile you want to connect with through an Interview request.
Status - Tells you what the current Meeting Status is for the applicant.
Compatibility - This score tells you how close there Profile matches your Job description.
Skills - Automatic ranking of their current Skill set based on over 60 data points.
