Job Description

Reporting to Mosaic Home Services Inside Sales Manager, Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for communicating with a variety of clients on behalf of all our affiliated brands. This includes the following:
  • Interacting with clients on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
  • Answering client questions in a professional manner
  • Providing estimates over the phone, via email, and through social media sites based on pre-set pricing structures
  • Booking appointments into a CRM System (HubSpot)
  • Keeping track of dozens of conversations per day using a CRM System
  • Helping to develop best practices and procedures to achieve sales
  • Developing & sending cost estimates to clients via email through a Field Service Management Tool (Jobber)
  • Communicating effectively with other inside sales team members
The ideal candidate must:
  • Have a background in communication, sales, and marketing
  • Be able to learn quickly about multiple products and services
  • Be adaptable to changing and competing deadlines
  • Be a google drive and google suite expert
  • Have comfort speaking to clients over the phone
  • Be able to communicate effectively in person, on the phone, and in writing
